All rentals displayed on NaplesSunRentals.com are individually owned and furnished. These  rentals are self-catering which includes linens and housewares. Baby items, beach items, bicycles and scooters may be rented through local vendors. Generally all rentals are non-smoking and pets are prohibited, however, there may be some limited exceptions, so please ask. In addition to the rate quoted, all rentals are subject to an exit cleaning charge, 10% sales tax, a security deposit up to $1000 and any applicable condo application and/or golf fees. Optional travel protection is offered to insure your vacation investment. Extended stay or annual rentals (furnished or unfurnished) are available, please inquire as to availability and rates.
